How to be an employee and at the same time to be a businessman too?

Now, the famous or hot news which almost people said is between the right brain/ a businessman with the left brain/ an employee. Each of the group give the different argument.

I want to divide my experience and the trick about how to be a businessman and at the same time to be an employee too? It’s difficult to manage the time as an employee and also to do the business at the same time.

If we ever success on business, so we want to increase or to have more branch-company. Even, if we do it when we are as an employee.. (It’s like me)

Now, I’m a teacher in SMK N 2 Malang (23 Years) and for business for 15 years :
♣ 1984, after I’m graduated from Senior High School, I can’t continue study in University. Because I don’t have money. I work everything but it’s legal..
♣ 1986, I’ve appointment to be PNS, as TU and change to be a teacher after I’m graduated from University.
♣ 1993, I have free lance after I work in office. With sell the hand watch.
♣ 1994, I work in leather furniture field. Because beside of my house (In Tajinan, Malang) there are a leather jacket business. And because I don’t have many time to promote it, so i get the cooperation with any shop.
♣ 1996, I try to search the tailors and 7 employees.
♣ 1998, My business is develop.. I buy a shop and open the Showroom in Bululawang with 11 employees.
♣ I join in many exhibition, On 2004, the cooperation ministry want me to join in The Indonesian Best Product on Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
♣ 2005, I’m open 2 branch-company in Mall (Matos) and Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. But I’m unfortunate.. Because the operational cost is not balanced. So my branch-companies must to closed and I have many debt.
♣ 2006-2009, I get the job which have the big potency. I sell shoes, bag, etc.
♣ Until now, I have 3 branch-companies and on June 2009 I will open the 4th branch-company.

For my experience in business, and it’s not disturb my activity in office, so I search employees and must have the sale system and the report of it.



The several point/ the important thing that must to give attention are :
 We must to still responsibility for the activity in office
 We must to can completed the work in office
 We must to get the good relationship with relation
 For the business operational, we must to trust with our employees
 We can to control the business with all of the communication tools, without always come to the place..

So, finally.. If we can manage everything well and responsibility with all peoples, so to be the employee and to be a businessman at the same time is not too difficult..
