When we start the business, all of the expectation are beautiful and wonderful. The real is not like that. Even, it can be a bad dream.

You can see of “The Moslem mans in England” story. Mark and Naz are the Arabian who want to get their dream, they build the hamburger restaurant. They do everything to get their dream.
From their effort, their restaurant is open or begin from their savings and the help hand from their friend (David) 100.000 Pound.
They invite their family and their friends on ‘The Real Burger World’ (The name of their restaurant) and luckily, their family and friends are like with the foods in there.

The 1st test is come, the smoke inhalator machine isn’t function. The smoke is out and alarm is ring. All people are panic and Mark and Naz call the vendor office. Because this day is holiday, so the vendor office is close and isn’t operation. So they must to close their restaurant for some days until the working day.

The next test is come, their neighbours are protest with the smoke and the noisy voice from their restaurant. Mark and Nazi called by the city government and they must to stop or close their restaurant until they have the permit from police and their neighbours.

And the next test is come too. The building organizer of their restaurant is disagree with their restaurant. He worried that this restaurant will make the customer or the tenant of the apartment are less cause the location of the apartment is upon of the restaurant. They must to close their restaurant forever.

This is the bad or the big problem for them. They try to negotiation and finally the decision are they must to pay more expensive to rent the building and they must to substitute the restaurant sign. “The Real Burger World’ must to changed to be ‘RBW’. But the problem is, are the customer know that this restaurant is hamburger restaurant with that name?

The business must to start. They must to start although with ‘The Lame Foot’. The minimum sell cost is 1.000 Pound/day and can to make the customers is pleased.

They try to use the creative think with the cheap price. Like give the brochure, give the tester inside of the road until they use the clown clothes and dance in the side of the road.

But, the customer aren’t interest with it. And their business is on bad condition.

They are still thinking to get the customer. And they have idea, the unique idea. They ask to their friends and family to demonstration in front of Mc Donald. To campaign about ‘Say No To Unhealthy Fast Food’. The function is that the customer will visit to their restaurant with give the cheap hamburger brochure.

And BOOM!!! Many customer are come to their restaurant. They can get the high sell cost (1.100 hamburger/day).

But, on the next day, they are not luckily like yesterday. Their restaurant is normal or just have a few customer.

And they must to accept the bad decision. Their General Manager (Their best friend too) must to get out. And the substitution is a professional person in restaurant management field. And the hopeless is can to fix the performance. The service performance is grow up but not in sells.

They are very confused. Their restaurant has the disadvantage.

They must to choose the last way.. They tell to the passive investor. The investor want to save his money. He want to join on the management and he make an agreement.

The bad agreement for them. The one of them (Naz and Mark) must to get out from management. The investor think that Naz can’t work well.

The ending from “Risking it All” program which show on BBC knowledge is sad ending.
It’s the business.. Although they were gave or do everything, their dream is so far and difficult to get it. They must to lose the time, money, brain or mind, power or skill and also friendship…

It’s the education and the great experience for us who want to join in business…

Cara Menjadi Kaya ?

Sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa formula keuangan keluarga adalah :

Pendapatan – Pengeluaran = Tabungan

Adalah baik untuk mengajarkan sejak dini kepada anak-anak kita bahwa menabung itu baik. Betul begitu? Tentu saja begitu.

Sayangnya formula diatas seringkali difahami hanya sebatas menabung. Tanpa tahu untuk apa gunanya uang yang telah ditabung itu. Paling-paling yang kita tahu menabung untuk keperluan mendadak dan tak terduga. Kecelakaan misalnya atau hal-hal lainnya.

Dengan pemahaman ini yang terjadi adalah menabung bukanlah prioritas. Justru yang lebih utama adalah pengeluaran. Toh, kalau ada keperluan mendadak akhirnya juga diambil dari tabungan. Sehingga tabungan kita kosong lagi. Ya, tinggal menabung lagi. Susah bener??! Apa betul begitu? Masalahnya kita juga tidak mendapatkan apa-apa dari sekedar memiliki dana taktis untuk keperluan mendadak. Lebih dari itu tidak.

Pengalaman ini sering kita alami. Contoh salah satu teman saya mulai menabung sejak kelas 4 SD sampai kelas 3 SMA. Selama 9 tahun dia telah menabung. Ketika mulai kuliah di Bogor. Dia ambil seluruh uang tabungan itu (untuk biaya pendidikan ceriteranya) dan blass… Hanya kurang dari 4 bulan semua uang ini telah habis, untuk beli buku kuliah dan buku umum lainnya.

Karena sesungguhnya pada waktu itu, dia hanya memiliki mentalitas menabung. Setelah tabungan cukup banyak, berarti siap digunakan untuk keperluan mendadak.

Tak pernah dijelaskan lebih lanjut untuk apa uang ditabung. Sampai suatu saat Dia menemukan sebuah tulisan yang berbunyi bahwa,

Seandainya dulu dia diajarkan “ memutar/investasi “ uang, tentu ceriteranya akan berbeda. Pembukaan yang diawali dengan menampilkan 4 pengusaha muda yang sukses, baik di bidang makanan, Distro, Souvenir dan IT. Mereka memberikan inspirasi, bagaimana mereka membangun usaha dari bawah sampai menembus pasar ekspor.

Dan dilanjutkan dengan pembicara tamu, yang pertama adalah :
1. Bp.Nukman Lufie dari Jakarta
Salahsatu pendiri Detik.com dan sekarang telah membangun bisnisnya sendiri silakan klik di http://www.virtual.co.id. Dia mengatakan, bahwa :

Dan diteruskan oleh seorang pengusaha sukses dari Kota Malang, yang sangat sederhana sekali. Padahal bisnisnya sudah mempunyai 90 cabang dengan omset perhari.. 500 jt.. perhari lho… luar biasa. Dan yang kami tercengang dia hanya sekolah SD tidak tamat lagi. Woohh…ini baru membakar…
Dia menceritakan awal mulai bisnis, pada waktu itu Th. 1979 dia merantau ke kota Malang dari Trenggalek. Dia ikut buruh orang untuk berjualan, keliling kampung. Akhirnya dia usaha sendiri dan berkembang sampai sekarang dibuat Waralaba. Dia adalah Pemilik Bakso Kota “Cak Man” dengan nama aslinya H.Abdul Rahman

Selanjutnya, pembicara terakhir adalah :
3. Bp. Joy, penulis buku “ Monyet Aja Bisa Cari Duit “. Menurut moderator dia dijuluki seorang Teroris.
Prinsip Hidupnya :
1. Hidup Pas-Pasan
Artinya pas untuk beli mobil mewah, pas untuk beli rumah, pas untuk investasi, dll
2. Banyak manfaat bagi orang lain
3. Punya banyak usaha yang menguntungkan
4. Usahanya jalan semua, pemiliknya jalan-jalan.

Dan acara ditutup dengan foto-2 bersama, dan penulisan Impian serta target omset untuk Milad tahun depan.

THE HONESTY WICH SAVE THE SOUL

In the small village in the side of city,there are a boy with his 6 brothers, this families life or families condition is really simple. His father is farmer,his brothers still school and his mother is a housewife. To help his families financial, every he was back from the school, he go to the traditional market to be a grocer.

Some day, when he sell his product, he looked a big encasement and covering by newspaper, and he take it. And then he open that encasement. After he looked what’s the thing in that encasement, he is so surprise. Bacause, there are many money..

He feel so sad not happy, he look so confused. Because he certain that someone was lost it. And he decide to search the someone who lost that money. When he search the owner,a woman with a security is come. That woman is crying and said “Excuse me, this encasement is mine. In this encasement there are money.”

That money is used to pay the cure in hospital, because her son has an accident. And the condition of her son is very bad. Must to operate cause her son has brain-bleeding. And if her son late to operated, may be her son will be die.

This morning, that woman sold all of her thing to pay the cure in hospital, that woman is very2 need that money to save her son life.

And the boy said “ Yes, mam.. I’m search the owner of this money. Because I’m sure that the owner is very need it. This is yours.”
And then that boy is run and leave them. When he arrived in home, he tell the story which happen to his mother. And his mother said “You’re right, my son. You can’t to take the someone’s thing because that thing isn’t yours. I’m very proud to you. Although we are poor, but you are rich with your KINDNESS and your HONESTY.”

For what we have the richness if we must to sacrifying the someone’s soul. “You are so a good boy, my son. I’m really proud have a son like you. Today, I believe that you’ve saved a soul with your kindness and your honesty. You must to keep it, because the honesty can save many people and the honesty is currency which used in everywhere.”

(“Your eyes is your clue body, if your eyes is good, your body will shining. But if your eyes is bad, your body will be dark. Because of that, you must to paying attention, so your shine not to be dark. If all of your body are shining and nothing the dark part, so all of you will be shining.”)
